General

All products are manufactured on a made-to-order or OEM basis unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

Orders & Payment

Orders must be confirmed with full details including size charts, designs, and quantities.
A minimum advance payment (as agreed upon) is required before production begins.
Final payment must be made before the order is dispatched.

Production & Delivery

Standard production lead time is 3–4 weeks, subject to order size and customization.
Shipping timelines may vary based on destination and logistics partner.
Delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure are beyond our control.

Returns & Claims

As all products are custom-made, returns or refunds are not applicable.
Any defect or damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Valid claims will be resolved through replacement or credit note.

Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, and designs provided by clients remain their intellectual property.
We may showcase finished products for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise instructed.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information, designs, and order details are treated with strict confidentiality.
We do not share or sell data to third parties.
